Robotics Camps for Kids: Build Real Skills Through Hands-On Learning

Your child spends enough time watching screens passively. In our robotics camps, they're actually *building* things—programming robots, solving real engineering problems, and seeing their ideas work in the physical world. With small groups of just 3-8 students and instruction from actual robotics engineers, every kid gets genuine attention and meaningful feedback. That's the difference between watching a tutorial and truly understanding how things work.

Online learning works best when it keeps kids engaged without the chaos of a massive classroom. Our camps cost from $60 per class, making intensive robotics instruction accessible without breaking the bank. Kids tackle everything from basic robot assembly to competitive programming, moving at their own pace while learning alongside peers who share their interests. Whether your child is curious about mechanics or dreaming of robotics competitions, they're building confidence through tangible accomplishment—not just collecting certificates.

Parents choose us because their kids actually *want* to attend. When children design a robot that moves across a room or code a solution they conceived themselves, something shifts. They stop asking if they're good at this stuff and start believing they can figure things out. That's the real win—skills that transfer far beyond the classroom.

Robotics Camps FAQ

What robotics kits are needed for camp?
We specify the exact kit before enrollment. Beginner camps use Arduino starter kits ($30-50). Advanced camps may use Raspberry Pi or VEX kits. Some camps include kit cost in the price. Virtual-only options are available too.
What's the daily schedule for robotics camp?
Camps run Monday-Friday, 2.5-3 hours daily. Each day includes a lesson, building time, coding challenges, testing, and group sharing. By Friday, students present completed robot projects to families.
Do robotics camps prepare for FIRST or VEX competitions?
Yes. Our competition boot camp specifically prepares students for FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, and VEX Robotics competitions with design challenges, programming tasks, and mock competitions.
Can beginners attend robotics camp with no experience?
Absolutely. Beginner camps assume zero experience. We start with basic circuits, simple coding, and step-by-step building. By week's end, even total beginners have built and programmed a functioning robot.
