Canva Design School for Kids Ages 8–10
At 8 to 10 years old, kids are developing their own visual taste and want to create things that actually look good. Canva Design School gives them real tools to do exactly that—without the frustration of complicated software. In our small groups of 4–8 students, your child learns to build posters, social media graphics, and presentations that they're genuinely proud to share. Starting at just $12 per class, these 40–55 minute sessions teach actual design thinking: how colors work together, why layouts matter, and how to communicate ideas visually.
This age group thrives when they can see immediate results, and Canva makes that happen. Kids walk away from each class with finished designs they created themselves—not templates they tweaked. Our design mentors keep the energy high and the instructions clear, breaking down concepts like balance and contrast into language that clicks for this age. They'll build confidence in their creative voice while picking up skills that matter in school projects, presentations, and beyond.
